MIRCO Valves are manufactured at our own modern and well equipped manufacturing plant which is having IBR approved captive Steel foundry and stringent quality control cheeks certified by international accreditation agency TUV for ISO 9001-2000 giving assured quality. The latest international design standards are used to manufacture MIRCO valves making them strong, durable and sturdy. The back seat bush is provided with tack-welds in addition to the threading in the bonnet. The body and bonnet are cast in-house to have uniform section and smooth contour to prevent undue stress concentration. Hardened stainless steel seat ring and disc lapped to leak tight finish and long service life. Spiral wound stainless steel asbestos gasket.
